Returning to Hotel Holidays for Christmas was a nostalgic delight! The staff was accommodating, allowing me and my furry companion to stay without additional charges. It was a pleasant surprise to find the hotel had been renovated since my last visit two years ago. The room, complete with essential amenities, was cozy and clean. The 24-hour front desk staff, proficient in multiple languages including Polish and English, added a welcoming touch to our late-night arrival. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the accommodations exceeded expectations. The secure parking, visible from our room, provided peace of mind. The straightforward check-in process, coupled with the friendly receptionist and the convenience of ordering food from a local restaurant, made our stay hassle-free. The continental breakfast was a lovely start to our days of exploration in the region.The genuine warmth and assistance from the hotel staff, particularly the receptionist, made our stay truly memorable. Her kindness and ready smile were the true gems of this establishment. For a comfortable and convenient stay in Frankfurt, Hotel Holidays comes highly recommended.
